{"id":9617,"date":"2024-11-22T16:01:53","date_gmt":"2024-11-22T19:01:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aldiachaco.com.ar\/?p=9617"},"modified":"2024-11-22T16:01:53","modified_gmt":"2024-11-22T19:01:53","slug":"establecen-un-nuevo-limite-para-realizar-transferencias-sin-ser-investigados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aldiachaco.com.ar\/index.php\/2024\/11\/22\/establecen-un-nuevo-limite-para-realizar-transferencias-sin-ser-investigados\/","title":{"rendered":"Establecen un nuevo l\u00edmite para realizar transferencias sin ser investigados"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><strong>Luego de su restructuraci\u00f3n la Agencia de Recaudaci\u00f3n y Control Aduanero (ARCA) (ex AFIP), comenz\u00f3 a establecer nuevas regulaciones en materia fiscal para los ciudadanos argentinos.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De esta manera, el organismo determin\u00f3 la cantidad de transferencias que se podr\u00e1n realizar por d\u00eda, sin ser investigados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los l\u00edmites alcanzan tanto a entidades financieras como a billeteras virtuales y el objetivo de esta regulaci\u00f3n es poder contar con la trazabilidad del dinero y confirmar que el mismo proviene de fuentes legales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En caso de superar el tope de operaciones o de montos transaccionados,\u00a0<strong>ARCA podr\u00e1 solicitar informaci\u00f3n sobre el perfil del cliente, por considerar que lleva a cabo movimientos &#8220;sospechosos&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" aBigClassNameToAvoidCollisionInText\">En referencia a la cantidad de transferencias que se podr\u00e1n realizar en un mismo d\u00eda,<strong>\u00a0los distintos bancos o las billeteras virtuales establecen sus propios l\u00edmites diarios. As\u00ed, los topes de movimientos depender\u00e1n de la reglamentaci\u00f3n que disponga cada instituci\u00f3n para sus usuarios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"sas_45111\">\n<div id=\"sas_container_5920812\" class=\"mini_player\" data-eqt-ad=\"ad-5920812\">\n<div id=\"sas_videoDiv_5920812\">\n<div id=\"sas_relDiv_5920812\">\n<div id=\"sas_relDivPlayer_5920812\" class=\"\">\n<div class=\"sas-resize-triggers\">\n<div class=\"sas-contract-trigger\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>En muchos de estos casos, las entidades financieras disponen de un l\u00edmite de dinero por d\u00eda, m\u00e1s que de cantidad de transacciones que se pueden hacer.
