Ahora deber\u00e1 arreglarse entre el due\u00f1o y el comprador.<\/p>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--first-paragraph\">La medida se implement\u00f3 este lunes, seg\u00fan los anuncios del Ministro de Justicia,\u00a0<strong>Mariano C\u00faneo Libarona.<\/strong>\u00a0Ahora se puede concretar la venta sin que el due\u00f1o original haya saldado sus\u00a0<strong>multas<\/strong>\u00a0por infracciones de tr\u00e1nsito relacionadas con la<strong>\u00a0patente<\/strong>\u00a0del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<div class=\"free-banner-wrapper mx-auto text-center\"><\/div>\n<article class=\"article-body article-body--first-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">\u201dLos Registros Automotores dejar\u00e1n de cobrar los impuestos y tasas relativos a la radicaci\u00f3n de Automotores y de sellos, y las multas por infracciones de tr\u00e1nsito cometidas en jurisdicci\u00f3n provincial o municipal.\u00a0<strong>Ser\u00e1 responsabilidad de cada jurisdicci\u00f3n la percepci\u00f3n de los mismos\u201d<\/strong>, indic\u00f3 el\u00a0<strong>C\u00faneo Libarona<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links inline\">De esto se desprende el fin del requisito obligatorio del libre deuda. Sucede que los registros automotores ten\u00edan convenios con los municipios y pod\u00edan frenar el tr\u00e1mite si no se saldaban los impagos.\u00a0<strong>Ahora el vendedor y comprador del veh\u00edculo usado podr\u00e1n alcanzar un acuerdo entre partes por esas deudas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Las dependencias del Registro del Automotor ser\u00e1n digitalizadas<\/h2>\n<p>Los<a href=\"https:\/\/www.c5n.com\/sociedad\/ya-comenzaron-implementar-la-no-renovacion-la-licencia-conducir-como-es-el-nuevo-sistema-n172103\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"follow noopener\">\u00a0<strong>legajos automotores<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0quedar\u00e1n digitalizados para evitar la burocracia de tener que llevar papeletas y documentos a cada sede, seg\u00fan argument\u00f3 el Gobierno. Tambi\u00e9n\u00a0<strong>se fij\u00f3 en 1% del valor de la operaci\u00f3n el costo de la transferencia de un veh\u00edculo\u00a0<\/strong>(v\u00e1lido para modelos nacionales o importados), y se bonificar\u00e1 la emisi\u00f3n de c\u00e9dulas, chapas patente, t\u00edtulos de propiedad y certificados de firmas.<\/p>\n<p>En abril ya se elimin\u00f3 el Certificado de Transferencia de Automotores (CETA), y en mayo se dio de baja la<strong>\u00a0c\u00e9dula azul,<\/strong>\u00a0que era el documento para que una persona pudiera manejar un auto ajeno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La c\u00e9dula verde<\/strong>\u00a0es el \u00fanico<strong>\u00a0documento\u00a0<\/strong>indispensable para que un veh\u00edculo pueda circular de manera legal,<strong>\u00a0pero ya no tiene fecha de vencimiento<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n por orden de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Asuntos Registrales, que depende del Ministerio de Justicia.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a0Gobierno\u00a0anunci\u00f3 bajas de impuestos y cambios en los\u00a0Registros del Automotor, entre los que se elimin\u00f3 el certificado de\u00a0libre deuda\u00a0para la transferencia de autos usados.
