{"id":9196,"date":"2024-08-23T12:20:41","date_gmt":"2024-08-23T15:20:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aldiachaco.com.ar\/?p=9196"},"modified":"2024-08-23T12:20:41","modified_gmt":"2024-08-23T15:20:41","slug":"la-afip-controlara-los-movimientos-superiores-a-400-000-en-las-billeteras-digitales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aldiachaco.com.ar\/index.php\/2024\/08\/23\/la-afip-controlara-los-movimientos-superiores-a-400-000-en-las-billeteras-digitales\/","title":{"rendered":"La AFIP controlar\u00e1 los movimientos superiores a $400.000 en las billeteras digitales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Desde septiembre, la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (<strong>AFIP<\/strong>)\u00a0<strong>investigar\u00e1 a los usuarios<\/strong>\u00a0de billeteras digitales, bancos y otras entidades financieras que realicen\u00a0<strong>movimientos superiores a los $400.000<\/strong>, quienes podr\u00edan encontrarse en la situaci\u00f3n de deber informar sobre las transferencias, saldos o consumos que excedan ese n\u00famero.<\/p>\n<p>Este l\u00edmite responde a una actualizaci\u00f3n de la\u00a0<strong>Resoluci\u00f3n General N\u00b0 4298<\/strong>\u00a0realizada por el organismo recaudador dirigido por\u00a0<strong>Florencia Misrahi<\/strong>, que tambi\u00e9n estableci\u00f3 un nuevo monto para los saldos mensuales: en este caso, el m\u00e1ximo para evitar notificaciones\u00a0<strong>asciende a $700.000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La medida de la AFIP tiene como objetivo\u00a0<strong>controlar las operaciones<\/strong>\u00a0realizadas en el sistema financiero y en las plataformas electr\u00f3nicas para mantener su\u00a0<strong>trazabilidad<\/strong>\u00a0y asegurar que se cumplan las\u00a0<strong>normativas fiscales<\/strong>\u00a0vigentes.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de los importes establecidos con este nuevo ajuste, &#8220;las entidades financieras y las plataformas de gesti\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica o digital deben\u00a0<strong>informar todas las transacciones, saldos y consumos<\/strong>\u00a0de las cuentas que gestionan&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>tope de $400.000<\/strong>\u00a0aplica para los consumos realizados con\u00a0<strong>tarjetas de d\u00e9bito<\/strong>\u00a0por el titular y sus adicionales, mientras que el l\u00edmite anterior era de $120.000. En tanto, la cifra desde la que se podr\u00e1n recibir notificaciones para dar cuenta de\u00a0<strong>acreditaciones, extracciones en efectivo y saldos mensuales<\/strong>\u00a0de todas las cuentas se increment\u00f3 de $200.000 a\u00a0<strong>$700.000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se modific\u00f3 la\u00a0<strong>Resoluci\u00f3n General N\u00b0 4614<\/strong>, que &#8220;establece el r\u00e9gimen de informaci\u00f3n para los sujetos que administran, gestionan, controlan o procesan movimientos de activos a trav\u00e9s de plataformas de gesti\u00f3n electr\u00f3nicas o digitales, incluidos los Proveedores de Servicios de Pago (PSP) que ofrecen cuentas de pago&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma, los\u00a0<strong>montos m\u00ednimos a informar<\/strong>\u00a0se elevaron\u00a0<strong>de $120.000 a $400.000<\/strong>\u00a0para los\u00a0<strong>ingresos o egresos<\/strong>\u00a0totales, y\u00a0<strong>de $200.000 a $700.000<\/strong>\u00a0para los\u00a0<strong>saldos mensuales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00f3xima actualizaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan una cl\u00e1usula establecida por la AFIP, tendr\u00e1 lugar dentro de\u00a0<strong>seis meses<\/strong>\u00a0&#8220;sobre la base del coeficiente que surja de las variaciones del \u00cdndice de Precios al Consumidor Nivel General (IPC)&#8221; publicado por el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Censos (INDEC).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde septiembre, la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP)\u00a0investigar\u00e1 a los usuarios\u00a0de billeteras digitales, bancos y otras entidades financieras que realicen\u00a0movimientos superiores a los $400.000, quienes podr\u00edan encontrarse en la situaci\u00f3n de deber informar sobre las transferencias, saldos o consumos que excedan ese n\u00famero.
