La Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica (Anmat) prohibi\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles la venta en todo el pa\u00eds de una marca de aceite de oliva.<\/p>\n

Lo hizo por medio de la Disposici\u00f3n 5752\/2024 publicada hoy en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial. All\u00ed se dispuso la prohibici\u00f3n de”la elaboraci\u00f3n, fraccionamiento y comercializaci\u00f3n en todo el territorio nacional, y en plataformas de venta en l\u00ednea, del producto: “Aceite de oliva extra virgen, marca Valle” – Industria Argentina – Origen Mendoza – RNE: 133712506 – RNPA: 13182436″ en cualquier presentaci\u00f3n, lote y fecha de vencimiento”.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con la Anmat se trata de un producto que carece de registros sanitarios y que est\u00e1 adem\u00e1s falsamente rotulado al consignar en el r\u00f3tulo un RNE y un RNPA inexistentes. De esta manera, advierte el organismo, se trata de un producto ilegal.<\/p>\n

Al conocerse sus condiciones de producci\u00f3n la Anmat advirti\u00f3 que es potencialmente perjudicial para la salud de quienes lo consuman por lo que resolvi\u00f3 prohibir su comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
