Entiendo que el justicialismo tiene que mostrar una renovaci\u00f3n de caras, de personas, de ideas. El electorado chaque\u00f1o ya decidi\u00f3 un cambio en 2023&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Tambi\u00e9n defendi\u00f3 el sistema de PASO: &#8220;En el \u00faltimo congreso partidario, por unanimidad, le dimos mandato a los diputados para no votar la suspensi\u00f3n de las PASO. Es un mecanismo muy sano para la selecci\u00f3n de candidatos&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">&#8220;Estamos en una situaci\u00f3n terminal&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Morante fue contundente sobre el estado de la salud p\u00fablica. &#8220;El sistema sanitario provincial est\u00e1 en situaci\u00f3n muy cr\u00edtica. Faltan profesionales m\u00e9dicos, faltan enfermeros, no hay insumos, no hay medicamentos en los hospitales. La gente va al hospital y le dicen que vaya a comprar. Cuando necesitan internaci\u00f3n, les hacen comprar las soluciones parenterales. Esto habla de una crisis muy profunda: no hay recursos destinados a la salud. Estamos en una situaci\u00f3n terminal&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Sobre la m\u00e9dica trucha y los controles<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">&#8220;Es una falta de control total. Cuando se contrata a un profesional, lo primero que hay que hacer es certificar que sea profesional m\u00e9dico. Desde los directores de hospitales hasta el subsecretario del \u00e1rea tienen la obligaci\u00f3n de controlar. Evidentemente, no hay control. Ante la falta de m\u00e9dicos, no es posible que se tome a cualquiera&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Cr\u00edticas al gobierno nacional y a Adorni<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Morante cuestion\u00f3 duramente al gobierno de Javier Milei. &#8220;Este gobierno nacional tiene como \u00fanica premisa hacer rico a los ricos. Desaparecer la clase media. Modificaron las leyes laborales para que el trabajador sea un lacayo. Est\u00e1n entregando los recursos naturales, endeudando el pa\u00eds al extremo&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Sobre la declaraci\u00f3n jurada de Adorni, fue lapidario. &#8220;Me da asco. Resulta que ahora tiene propiedades por todos lados, dinero. Si esto hubiese hecho un funcionario peronista, estar\u00eda preso. Por encontrar cuadernos metieron presa a Cristina. Estos tipos lo est\u00e1n diciendo: &#8216;yo estuve&#8217;. Me indigna que todos los funcionarios est\u00e9n por hacer lo mismo, usando a Adorni como escudo&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Propuestas de gobierno<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">&#8220;Lo primero que hay que hacer es una auditor\u00eda exhaustiva para conocer la realidad financiera. Priorizar recursos, reasignarlos y tener un gobierno con sensibilidad social. Tambi\u00e9n hay que generar recursos por fuera de la coparticipaci\u00f3n, agregar valor a la materia prima que producimos y generar industria alimenticia.
