{"id":118880,"date":"2026-05-27T23:27:43","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T02:27:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aldiachaco.com.ar\/?p=118880"},"modified":"2026-05-27T23:28:53","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T02:28:53","slug":"el-chaco-incorporara-nuevas-tobilleras-electronicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aldiachaco.com.ar\/index.php\/2026\/05\/27\/el-chaco-incorporara-nuevas-tobilleras-electronicas\/","title":{"rendered":"El Chaco incorporar\u00e1 nuevas tobilleras electr\u00f3nicas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El ministro de Seguridad, Hugo Matkovich, firm\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles un convenio con la ministra de Seguridad Nacional, Alejandra Monteoliva, para la incorporaci\u00f3n de 40 nuevos dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos de control al sistema provincial de monitoreo.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el Acta Complementaria N\u00ba 2 al Convenio Marco de Colaboraci\u00f3n y Cooperaci\u00f3n para la implementaci\u00f3n del Programa de Asistencia de Personas Bajo Vigilancia Electr\u00f3nica, los nuevos dispositivos estar\u00e1n destinados al monitoreo de personas bajo arresto domiciliario y otras modalidades de ejecuci\u00f3n penal bajo supervisi\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, alcanzando a personas a disposici\u00f3n de la justicia provincial sometidas a medidas de detenci\u00f3n o cumplimiento penal bajo esta modalidad.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el Gobierno indicaron que &#8220;la incorporaci\u00f3n de estas herramientas permitir\u00e1 ampliar las capacidades operativas de la provincia en materia de supervisi\u00f3n remota, optimizar los mecanismos de seguimiento judicial y fortalecer una gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente y moderna del sistema de control&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el acuerdo establece nuevas pautas de coordinaci\u00f3n y reciprocidad entre Naci\u00f3n y Provincia, incorporando est\u00e1ndares operativos actualizados, mecanismos de intercambio de informaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n territorial para intervenciones t\u00e9cnicas y operativas.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa se enmarca en las pol\u00edticas impulsadas por la Subsecretar\u00eda de Asuntos Penitenciarios de la Naci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Asistencia de Personas Bajo Vigilancia Electr\u00f3nica (DAPVE), orientadas a brindar acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico a las jurisdicciones provinciales para la implementaci\u00f3n de mecanismos complementarios a la pena privativa de la libertad, informaron oficialmente.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el Gobierno provincial destacaron que estas acciones reflejan una pol\u00edtica basada en mayor coordinaci\u00f3n federal, incorporaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda y fortalecimiento institucional, consolidando herramientas modernas para mejorar los sistemas de control y supervisi\u00f3n aplicados a la seguridad y al cumplimiento de medidas judiciales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El ministro de Seguridad, Hugo Matkovich, firm\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles un convenio con la ministra de Seguridad Nacional, Alejandra Monteoliva, para la incorporaci\u00f3n de 40 nuevos dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos de control al sistema provincial de monitoreo.
