La clave est\u00e1 en amasar mucho hasta que tome forma y evitar usar harina de m\u00e1s, ya que esto nos dar\u00eda como resultado un pan dulce muy seco.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando tengas un bollo liso que no se pegue a las manos, lo vas a dejar reposar dentro del bowl y tapado con un repasador limpio hasta que duplique su volumen. Esto tomar\u00e1 aproximadamente una hora u hora y media, dependiendo de la temperatura del ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que la masa haya duplicado su volumen, la vas a estirar sobre una mesada limpia y vas a colocar trocitos de queso, jam\u00f3n y salame. Luego, la vas a enrollar, as\u00ed como preparar\u00edas un pan dulce tradicional con frutos secos y pasas.<\/p>\n<p>Amas\u00e1 una vez m\u00e1s hasta que todos los trocitos de fiambre queden integrados a la masa. Cuando tengas todo integrado, vas a dividir la masa en dos y la vas a colocar en moldes para panes dulces.
