{"id":10526,"date":"2024-12-27T15:49:56","date_gmt":"2024-12-27T18:49:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aldiachaco.com.ar\/?p=10526"},"modified":"2024-12-27T15:49:56","modified_gmt":"2024-12-27T18:49:56","slug":"familias-de-resistencia-recibieron-sus-esperados-titulos-de-propiedad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aldiachaco.com.ar\/index.php\/2024\/12\/27\/familias-de-resistencia-recibieron-sus-esperados-titulos-de-propiedad\/","title":{"rendered":"Familias de Resistencia recibieron sus esperados t\u00edtulos de propiedad"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><strong>Este viernes, el gobernador Leandro Zdero entreg\u00f3, junto al presidente del Ipduv, Fernando Berecoechea, t\u00edtulos de propiedad a familias de Resistencia.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De esta manera,\u00a0<strong>suman 2.812 los t\u00edtulos entregados durante los primeros 12 meses de gesti\u00f3n<\/strong>. &#8220;Estamos cumpliendo el sue\u00f1o de muchas familias que esperaron m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os para tener el t\u00edtulo de su vivienda&#8221;, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El primer mandatario provincial destac\u00f3 el rol del Gobierno provincial para brindar soluciones concretas para los chaque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p class=\" aBigClassNameToAvoidCollisionInText\">En ese marco, asegur\u00f3 que\u00a0<strong>el Gobierno trabaja para agilizar la entrega de los t\u00edtulos de propiedad a trav\u00e9s de un programa que organiza y ordena la funci\u00f3n del Ipduv.\u00a0<\/strong>&#8220;El prop\u00f3sito es brindar certidumbre a las familias, de modo que puedan tener su propio techo y sentir seguridad. Esto les permitir\u00eda heredar la propiedad a sus familiares y hacer inversiones, otorg\u00e1ndoles esa tranquilidad de que su vivienda les pertenece, fruto del esfuerzo realizado durante mucho tiempo&#8221;, sostuvo.<\/p>\n<div id=\"video\"><\/div>\n<p>En este punto,\u00a0<strong>record\u00f3 que en su paso por la Legislatura provincial escuch\u00f3 los reclamos de la gente por la certeza respecto a su propia casa<\/strong>. &#8220;Consider\u00e9 que era una decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica crucial facilitar este proceso y brindar una respuesta concreta a trav\u00e9s del trabajo del Instituto de Vivienda&#8221;, indic\u00f3 y lament\u00f3 que muchas familias hayan tenido que esperar m\u00e1s de 44 a\u00f1os para recibir el t\u00edtulo de propiedad de su vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Zdero resalt\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la importancia de la articulaci\u00f3n con los gobiernos locales y ratific\u00f3 el compromiso de seguir trabajando junto al intendente Roy Nikisch para que m\u00e1s familias tengan la certidumbre de su techo propio y seguir brindando m\u00e1s soluciones para la gente. &#8220;Tanto el Gobierno Provincial como la Municipalidad de Resistencia, se han puesto espalda con espalda para solucionar los problemas de los resistencianos&#8221;, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Nos hemos puesto a trabajar juntos para recuperar las calles, los espacios p\u00fablicos y solucionar esos problemas cotidianos de la gente. Sabemos de la responsabilidad que nos ha otorgado el pueblo del Chaco y, en particular, los resistencianos.
