Este es el registro m\u00e1s bajo de los \u00faltimos 22 a\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>As\u00ed lo reflej\u00f3 un informe reciente de CICCRA (C\u00e1mara de la Industria y Comercio de Carnes y Derivados de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina).<\/p>\n<div class=\"autopromo\" data-role=\"promo-target\" data-unit=\"2\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Entre enero y noviembre de 2024, el consumo aparente de carne vacuna por habitante habr\u00eda sido equivalente a 47,4 kilos\/a\u00f1o,<\/strong>\u00a0ubic\u00e1ndose 11,1% por debajo del promedio de enero-noviembre de 2023 (-5,9 kg\/hab\/a\u00f1o).<\/p>\n<p>En tanto,\u00a0<strong>el promedio m\u00f3vil de doce meses hasta noviembre de 2024 habr\u00eda quedado en 47,0 kg\/hab\/a\u00f1o, registrando una baja de 12,4% interanual (-6,6 kg\/hab\/a\u00f1o).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, en el sector s\u00ed se destac\u00f3 la exportaci\u00f3n de carne que marcaron un nuevo m\u00e1ximo de 538 mil tn p.p, superando en 14,5% el registro de enero a octubre de 2023.<\/p>\n<div class=\"autopromo\" data-role=\"promo-target\" data-unit=\"3\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>En lo que respecta al precio promedio por tonelada peso producto exportada desde Argentina, en octubre se ubic\u00f3 en 4.650 d\u00f3lares<\/strong>\u00a0(con un promedio de 10.900 d\u00f3lares en los casos de las ventas a los pa\u00edses de la UE y Brasil).<\/p>\n<p><strong>En la comparaci\u00f3n mensual registr\u00f3 una leve correcci\u00f3n de 1,2%, producto principalmente de la menor importancia de los env\u00edos a Israel,<\/strong>\u00a0cuyo valor unitario es muy superior al promedio general. Pero, en la comparaci\u00f3n interanual result\u00f3 8,4% mayor, constituy\u00e9ndose en el segundo mes consecutivo de mejora interanual, tras poco m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os en contracci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, los ingresos por exportaciones de carne vacuna fueron equivalentes a 261,5 millones de d\u00f3lares en el d\u00e9cimo mes del a\u00f1o. La combinaci\u00f3n de menor cantidad y menor valor unitario hizo que la facturaci\u00f3n descendiera 7,7% con relaci\u00f3n a septiembre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En cambio, en la comparaci\u00f3n con octubre de 2023, mayor volumen y mayor precio promedio se tradujeron en un incremento de 51,5% de los ingresos por exportaciones.<\/strong>\u00a0Los principales destinos de exportaci\u00f3n siguen siendo China, Israel y EEUU.<\/p>\n<p class=\" aBigClassNameToAvoidCollisionInText\">En el acumulado de los primeros diez meses del a\u00f1o, la industria frigor\u00edfica export\u00f3 un r\u00e9cord de 528,1 mil tn pp de carne vacuna. Con relaci\u00f3n a enero-octubre de 2023 se verific\u00f3 un incremento de 14,5% (+67,08 mil tn pp).
