Esta situaci\u00f3n, calificada como &#8220;crisis hist\u00f3rica&#8221; por los referentes del sector,\u00a0<strong>es atribuida al aumento sostenido en el precio de las materias primas y la imposibilidad de trasladar esos costos al consumidor debido a la ca\u00edda en la demanda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mart\u00edn Pinto, secretario de CIPAM, advirti\u00f3 sobre el impacto devastador de esta crisis:<strong>\u00a0&#8220;Nunca vivimos algo as\u00ed, ni siquiera en el estallido del 2001. Las ventas de pasteler\u00eda y otros productos cayeron entre un 78% y un 80%<\/strong>&#8220;. Adem\u00e1s, expres\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por la falta de una recuperaci\u00f3n palpable en el rubro, a pesar de los indicadores oficiales que muestran mejoras en otros sectores.\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Cada d\u00eda vemos c\u00f3mo una pyme cierra sus puertas. Es una realidad que no podemos ignorar&#8221;, concluy\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" aBigClassNameToAvoidCollisionInText\">En este contexto,\u00a0<strong>el pan dulce, un cl\u00e1sico de las fiestas de fin de a\u00f1o, refleja la gravedad del problema.\u00a0Seg\u00fan Gast\u00f3n Mora, de la C\u00e1mara de Panaderos, los precios de este producto oscilan entre $20.000 y $40.000<\/strong>\u00a0dependiendo de su elaboraci\u00f3n y la cantidad de ingredientes. &#8220;El costo de las materias primas es exorbitante: $17.000 el kilo de caj\u00fa, $20.000 el kilo de almendra, $13.000 el de nuez.
